Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Carriers

We use Royal Mail, DPD, and FedEx, choosing the most appropriate service for the size and weight of your order.

Processing and delivery times

●       Processing time: 1–2 working days before your order is dispatched

●       Shipping time: 5–6 working days in transit

●       Total estimated delivery: 6–8 working days from order to arrival

Orders placed before 4:00 PM UK time, Monday to Friday, will be processed in accordance with our standard processing schedule. Orders placed at or after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you where appropriate. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

●       Standard shipping charges apply below this threshold and will be shown at checkout before you pay

Bespoke joinery delivery

Delivery (or installation, where agreed) of bespoke furniture, windows, and doors is scheduled separately and will be confirmed with you as part of your commission agreement, since these items are made to order rather than shipped from stock.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where the courier provides it.
