Made to Measure, Made to Last

Our furniture, windows and doors are built to the measurements of your space, not to a catalogue size. We believe they should be made to last, not just made to sell.

Agreed in Writing Before We Start

Every commission is confirmed with you before work begins. The design and specification are set out in a written agreement, so you know what you’re getting. Commissions take several weeks from the confirmed design.

Hardware and Wood Care from Our Own Trade

Our online shop grew out of our joinery work. We stock door and window hardware, curtain poles, drawer runners and brackets, plus wood care and finishing tools such as sanding blocks, wax and polishing cloths.

Straightforward Customer Service

We believe customers should have clear information before and after they order. That means accurate product details, clear policies, UK delivery in 6–8 working days on stocked items, and 30-day returns on unused items.

A Local Business You Can Contact

We work from Unit 3, Crawfold Business Park, Balls Cross, Petworth, GU28 9JT. Whether you want to discuss a bespoke commission or buy hardware from our shop, you can reach our team on +44 1403 820995 or at info@gschandlerjoinery.co.uk. If you’d like to visit the workshop, please contact us first.

Working with wood every day means handling hardware and finishing tools in real conditions. We know which fittings suit a made-to-measure door or window, which accessories make fitted furniture easier to live with, and which wood care products keep a finished piece looking its best.

Our customers also ask which hardware and finishing products we’d recommend for their own projects at home.

That led us to open an online shop alongside our workshop.

Our online shop is operated directly by G.S Chandler Joinery. It is an extension of our bespoke joinery business, offering a focused range of door and window hardware, fitted furniture accessories, window dressing hardware and wood care tools to customers across the UK.
