• Processing time: 1–2 working days before your order is dispatched
• Delivery time: 5–6 working days with Royal Mail, DPD or FedEx, chosen by the size and weight of your order
• Estimated total: 6–8 working days from order to doorstep, UK-wide
• Free delivery: free standard UK delivery on orders over £50. Below that, the charge is shown at checkout.
• Tracking: a confirmation email with tracking details is sent once your order ships, where the courier provides it
• Bespoke joinery: delivery or installation of made-to-measure furniture, windows and doors is arranged separately and confirmed in your commission agreement

Returns

• Return window: Eligible stocked hardware and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer rights.
• Condition: For change-of-mind returns, items should be unused and in their original packaging where reasonably possible.
• How to return: Email info@gschandlerjoinery.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the next steps and the correct return address.
• Return postage: Customers cover return postage for change-of-mind returns unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to pay. We cover appropriate return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect items where required.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after the returned item is received and approved. Bank or payment-provider processing may take additional time. Statutory refund deadlines still apply.
• Bespoke joinery: Made-to-measure furniture, windows and doors may qualify for an exception to standard change-of-mind cancellation rights. This depends on the circumstances and applicable law. Your statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty or non-conforming work, remain unaffected.
